At AT90, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel journey.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. AT90 is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
